Formal Complaints

If you have a formal complaint and would prefer to write to us, please address your letter to:

Your complaint will be acknowledged within three working days, followed by an investigation and a full response sent to you in accordance with the NHS Complaints Regulations.

Please make sure that on any e-mail you include the name of the patient, their address and where possible, the NHS number.  

If you have any concerns about nurses or midwives and you are unhappy about the care you received or witnessed, please read the Nursing and Midwifery Council's information leaflet.
