Exciting new job opportunities at the L&D

The L&D are taking a new approach to providing care for its medical patients, called Needs Based Care. The aim is to place all patients on a ward based on their medical needs and not their age.

This will ensure that they have the most appropriate team looking after them which we believe will give patients a higher quality of care, better continuity of care, a shorter length of stay and most importantly it will improve the overall experience for both patients and staff.

Current job vacancies linked to this exciting new Needs Based Care project include:

PHARMACY:

Specialist Pharmacist – Acute Frailty Unit (Band 8a)

Rotational Pharmacist – Medicine (Band 7)

Foundation Pharmacist (Band 6)

Senior Pharmacy Technician, Medicines Management (Band 5)

Pharmacy Technician – Medicines Management and Dispensary (Band 4)

Senior Pharmacy Assistant (Band 3)
