Junior Doctors Strike

The Luton and Dunstable University Hospital would like to reassure patients and staff that the Trust is doing everything in its power to minimise disruption to services during the planned strike action by Junior Doctors. The first strike day is due to take place on Tuesday 1st December from 08:00-17:00hrs. If you have an outpatient appointment or an operation planned for that day please do not cancel it. We are aware that the BMA have entered into negotiations and we await the outcome of these discussions before we make our final plans.

Should we need to cancel any appointments or operations for Tuesday 1 st December we will contact you by telephone on the afternoon of Monday 30 th November.
