National survey of In-Patient’s experience
If you have recently been an in-patient at the L&D, please be aware that you may shortly be sent a NHS In-Patient Survey to complete.
Please be assured that this survey is a legitimate national survey which is sent out to ask about your experiences as an
in-patient, all answers are confidential. The NHS In-Patient Survey is part of a national programme gaining information about patient experiences and the quality of care that the NHS delivers.
Why we need patient feedback?
Understanding the way patients experience the care and treatment they receive is essential to a complete assessment of the quality of healthcare, and this can only be obtained by asking the patients themselves. We would therefore encourage patients who have been contacted about the survey to complete it, where possible, as we value their feedback.
