Raising awareness of Stroke at the L&D

The Stroke Team at Luton & Dunstable University Hospital marked World Stroke Day on Monday 29 October with an information stand in main reception, which saw more than 150 members of the public and staff get their blood pressure checked.

On what turned out to be an extremely busy day the Stroke team were supported by hospital ward staff and therapists who came to help, as well as representatives from our local Stroke Association.
