Renowned artist Albany Wiseman has donated three beautiful limited edition prints to the Luton & Dunstable University Hospital.
Mr Wiseman, from the Leagrave area of Luton and London, donated the three sketches after staff expressed an interest in his work while he was a patient up on Ward 19 in St Mary’s Medical Block. After being framed the three artworks will take pride of place at the entrance to the ward.
Having attended art college in St Albans, Mr Wiseman has been drawing and painting for more than 30 years and is about to have another book published, Captain Coram Champion for Children My Story, which will be available for ten year olds in schools across London.
His work is in various collections across the UK, including The Tate and the British Council.
