If you have been thinking about giving up smoking, why not pop along to the Luton and Dunstable University Hospital to meet the team from Smoke Free Bedfordshire who will be in the main reception to offer advice and support on the 7th, 22nd and 27th October.
Thursday 1 October marks the beginning of Stoptober, the biggest mass participation 28-day stop smoking challenge from Public Health England. Last year more than 250,000 people across England and Wales successfully quit smoking, thanks to Stoptober.
