The L&D would like to hear what you have to say about your experience of our services. We have launched a new online survey to help us collect your views on our services.

All questionnaires are completely anonymous and your participation is voluntary.

We would like to know if you have concerns about your care or if you have praise to give, this will be passed directly to the staff.

We collect patients opinions about their experience of the care they receive at the hospital in a number of ways - surveys, compliments and complaints and friends and family feedback forms. This feedback is considered by the wards and departments to help to identify and make changes where needed and to check if previous changes introduced are working as intended. 

The Feedback results are also reported through our Clinical Governance Group to the Hospital Board.
