Mr Clifton treats adults and children with ear, nose and throat conditions. He has a sub-specialist interest in diseases of the nose and sinuses. This includes nasal allergy, facial pain, sinus surgery and both functional and cosmetic nasal surgery.
Mr Clifton qualified in medicine from the University of Sheffield in 2000 and was a specialist registrar in ENT in the East Midlands Deanery for six years. He then completed a further two years of advanced fellowship training in Rhinology in Plymouth UK and Melbourne, Australia.

Mr Singh completed his undergraduate medical training from Manchester. After basic surgical training he undertook a period or research in Cambridge, investigation the genetics of hearing loss. He did his Speciality Registrar Otolaryngology training in South Thames, including rotating through Guy’s & St Thomas’ hospitals. Following this, he went on the prestigious TWJ Fellowship to develop advanced experience in Otology and Neurotology in Toronto.
Mr Chawla’s Senior Registrar training was at Southampton and he was on rotation at Poole from 1990-1994. Both were centres of excellence for training in otology, endoscopic sinus surgery, septo-rhinoplasty, laser surgery and base of skull cochlear implant surgery.
Mr Chawla is a recipient of the Glory of India Award from the Indian International Friendship Association. Previous recipients include Mother Teresa. The award recognises Mr Chawla’s outstanding professionalism in his medical speciality. He is honorary senior lecturer for the Royal Free Hospital in London and examiner for medical students and has encouraged many young doctors to engage in research and learning.

Middle ear surgery, Menieres disease, Septo-rhinoplasty including tip surgery, endoscopic sinus surgery and bat ears.
Mr Johnston holds his private outpatient clinics at the Spire Hospital, Harpenden however he has admitting rights to the Cobham Clinic.
Mr Johnston trained at St Andrews University and Manchester University and his registrar training was as Guy’s Hospital, London. He was a Senior Fellow in Otolaryngology in Seattle, USA.
He specialises in paediatric ENT / Sinus surgery and patients suffering from dizziness.
Mr Johnston’s practice is based on a philosophy of making decisions in partnership with patients. He provides up to date medical information in an easily understandable form, to allow patients and their families to make the best treatment decisions. He gives priority to explaining things clearly, and allows plenty of time to answer questions and discuss concerns.

An ENT surgeon with specialist expertise in head and neck cancer, Mr Kothari has dual qualifications in dentistry and medicine, and post graduate qualifications in oral surgery and ENT. Private surgery and treatment is offered in Hertfordshire and Middlesex.
Mr Kothari is a Consultant ENT and Head and Neck Specialist at Luton and Dunstable NHS Foundation Trust and Lister Hospital, Stevenage. He provides a general ENT service, but has a special expertise in head and neck cancer, and is a team member of the Mount Vernon Cancer Network.
Mr Kothari has dual qualifications in Dentistry and Medicine and post graduate qualifications in Oral surgery and ENT. His ENT and Head and Neck training was in London including the Royal National Throat, Nose and Ear Hospital. He received his specialist cancer surgery training from various units in London, India and Holland. He has published articles in a number of international journals and presented at many national and international meetings, and also teaches on a number of national training courses.

Mr Kothari offers a truly multi-disciplinary treatment for all head and neck cancers. Working closely with Radiotherapists, Oncologists and the
McMillan team to discuss all patients, before commencing treatment.
He is interested in treating swallowing disorders and works closely with speech and language therapists to investigate and treat these problems.
Publications and research
Mr Kothari has more than 20 publications in international journals and has presented at a number of national and international ENT and Head and Neck Oncology meetings. He is actively involved in research and continually audits his results in the NHS and private practice.
Current research is in the Head and Neck Follow-up regimen for post treatment cancer patients.
Mr Kothari is actively involved in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching.
Jaan Panesar is an ENT consultant with a special interest in paediatric surgery, rhinology and allergy. She also specializes in functional and aesthetic rhinoplasties. She sees children with obstructive sleep apnoea, glue ears, tongue ties and tonsillitis. She treats patients with allergies, sinusitis, snoring and nasal obstruction. She uses the new technique of balloon sinuplasty to treat patients with sinus problems.
